Macy’s is hiring a Manager, Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of a distribution department in a distribution facility. The role manages hourly colleagues, inventory control, safety, quality, cost control, reporting, process improvement, customer service, and operational metrics, while collaborating with senior management and IT. It requires a Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM shift, heavy physical activity, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
