Lumos is hiring a full-time Manager – OSP Engineering to lead the Outside Plant engineering program for existing and new fiber-optic facilities in North Carolina. The role oversees OSP budgets, project schedules, infrastructure teams, utility and government relationships, and the planning and implementation of aerial, buried, and underground fiber networks. Candidates need at least five years of OSP telecommunications experience, five years of OSP engineering leadership experience, strong project-management and financial skills, and an active driver’s license; a high school diploma is required and a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
