Description
The Manager, OT Architecture leads the development, governance, implementation, and modernization of operational technology architecture across MTA agencies. The role establishes enterprise OT reference architectures, network designs, cybersecurity and Zero Trust frameworks, device standards, integration architectures, lifecycle strategies, and risk and disaster-recovery approaches for mission-critical systems such as SCADA, signaling, PACIS, AFC/OMNY, telemetry, wireless, and data-center environments. It provides Tier 3 architectural guidance, oversees technical teams and contractors, coordinates with capital planning, construction, vendors, and agency stakeholders, and ensures secure, resilient, compliant, and reliable OT infrastructure. The position is open only to MTA employees, is eligible for one day of telework per week, and is located at 2 Broadway, New York, NY 10004.
