Astera Labs is looking for a Manager, Package Design Engineering to lead and grow their Package Design team in San Jose. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of advanced IC packaging solutions, from initial architectural definitions to production scaling, aiming to enhance AI infrastructure and connectivity products. The manager will focus on building and mentoring a high-performance team, coordinating cross-functional efforts with various internal departments and external partners like substrate vendors and OSATs. They will also contribute to shaping design methodologies and establishing scalable standards to support chip-package-board co-design.
