Description
Sol de Janeiro is hiring a Manager, Packaging Artwork & Execution to lead the conversion of approved packaging concepts into production-ready artwork and printed materials. The role owns artwork governance, execution standards, approval workflows, version control, final-file release, post-launch artwork changes, vendor and print-partner relationships, budgets, and continuous improvement. It coordinates cross-functional work across design, engineering, regulatory, product development, supply chain, production, and master data, while managing and developing internal artwork resources. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 8+ years of related packaging, print production, creative operations, or CPG experience. It operates in a hybrid environment with three office days per week and pays $125,000–$135,000 USD annually.
