PCA is hiring a Manager, Packaging Development to lead customer-focused packaging innovation, develop fiber-based products, analyze data and experimental results, and guide package developers across multiple manufacturing locations and customers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in packaging, science, or engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and primarily onsite work with up to 25% travel. The starting salary is $110,000-$165,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
