RRD is hiring a Packaging Structural Design Manager to lead and provide technical direction to packaging design staff, manage projects through execution, coordinate with clients and business platforms, and develop structural solutions for paper-based packaging. The role includes creating 3D renderings, prototypes, exploded-view schematics, and assembly instructions, mentoring junior team members, and applying advanced ArtiosCAD knowledge. Candidates need a minimum two-year degree or related experience and at least five years of packaging structural design experience; Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft products, SolidWorks, and Rhino 3D experience are preferred or advantageous. The salary range is $117,700 to $188,400 per year, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
