Zones LLC is hiring a Manager Pakistan Cloud Solution Provider to lead technical support for cloud solution provider customers. The role oversees customer onboarding, subscription management, ServiceNow incident resolution, Microsoft Premier Support escalations, SLA compliance, team performance, training, and a 24/7 shift schedule. Candidates need 9–10 years of technical support experience with Microsoft and other cloud identities, cloud and subscription management knowledge, cross-functional collaboration skills, and Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications.
