Description
The Manager on the Partner Success team at GiveCampus is a player-coach role responsible for leading a small team of Partner Success Managers in the Independent Schools space while also directly managing a West Coast–based portfolio of schools. This role involves team leadership and coaching, partner portfolio ownership, strategic planning and execution, and cross-functional collaboration and reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in customer success, fundraising, or SaaS account management, with a preference for people management experience, and is enthusiastic about building a great product with a dedicated team.
