Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Manager, Payer Integration to lead a team of Payer Integration Managers and drive health plan integrations for customers. The role provides strategic payer support, acts as a subject-matter expert on the HPI product, supports partnerships and sales implementation, consults on payer integration and billing, coordinates with internal teams, and helps resolve complex health plan setup challenges. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in a high-growth environment, a college degree or applicable manager experience, employer-sponsored health benefits experience, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders. The position offers an annual base salary of $119,000–$164,000 plus potential discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
