Spotify is hiring a Manager to serve as a finance and FP&A partner for its global Payments and Customer Service functions. The role owns payments and customer-service forecasting, payment-partner and processor deal economics, payment-optimization and checkout investments, regional payment-method economics, revenue-protection and risk, payment-cost assurance, contact-center labor and vendor modeling, automation economics, performance reporting, and strategic decision support. It is based in London or New York with a hybrid arrangement of two to three office days per week, and offers a United States base salary of $117,677–$168,111 plus equity.
