Manager, Payroll and HRIS at TRG Screen

TRG Screen is hiring a Manager – Payroll and HRIS Systems for its India team. The role leads a small payroll team and oversees global payroll delivery across the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia-Pacific, ensuring compliance, accuracy, tax filings, benefits administration, and audit readiness. It also oversees HRIS platforms, system integrity, vendor and IT coordination, and HR analytics and reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in payroll management, HRIS administration, and HR analytics, along with strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, HRIS platforms, Excel, and analytics tools.
