Manager, Payroll Services at EP | Central Casting

Entertainment Partners is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a Payroll Services team, manage workflow and performance, ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery under service-level agreements, resolve client and payroll issues, and provide coaching and employee development. The role requires 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience, 1–3 years managing direct reports, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, proficiency with payroll processing, business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and Salesforce, Microsoft Office, analytics, communication, and organizational skills. The position offers a salary of $95,000–$110,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, equity, paid leave, wellness, training, and bonus benefits.
