Description
The Manager, Payroll Transformation & Process Optimization Lead will design, standardize, govern, and continuously improve global payroll processes across the payroll lifecycle. The role manages the transformation portfolio, defines global versus country-level process standards, partners with Payroll leadership, Technology, Risk, vendors, and regional teams, and supports Workday Payroll and related system enhancements. Responsibilities include process documentation, impact analysis, testing, metrics, vendor governance, and translating strategic direction into scalable, compliant, and digitally enabled payroll solutions.
