D-Wave is hiring a Manager, PCB Manufacturing to lead the day-to-day operations of its specialized PCB manufacturing team supporting quantum computing hardware. The role coordinates manufacturing activities, drives process improvement and quality systems, manages work orders and inventory, supports rapid R&D and production, and leads a technical team through hiring, performance management, and workforce planning. It also oversees facilities, safety, environmental compliance, and collaboration with engineering, supply chain, finance, and external manufacturing partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline and at least 10 years of experience in advanced, low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing, with a base salary of 136,000–187,000 CAD per year in Burnaby.
