Description
NVIDIA is hiring a hands-on first-line manager to lead its Physical Layer team within the PCIe Firmware organization. The role will guide physical-layer firmware engineers, own delivery of PCIe link bring-up, equalization, recovery, and customer escalations, partner with chip design, architecture, software, validation, and customer engineering, and serve as the technical reference for physical-layer issues. The manager will also champion AI-native engineering and apply AI tools to debugging and knowledge capture. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of engineering experience with 3 years in engineering management or equivalent tech-lead experience, strong PCIe and SerDes expertise, and a record of driving hard link issues to root cause.
