Intuit is hiring a People & Places Transformation Manager to lead the redesign of high-value HR workflows into AI-first, agentic patterns. The role identifies workflow opportunities, partners with HR centers of excellence and business partners, establishes reusable design standards and governance, translates requirements into HR technology and vendor solutions, leads a merged process and experience design team, and tracks productivity and employee experience metrics. The position requires at least eight years of relevant experience, leadership of transformation teams, knowledge of HR platforms, and experience partnering with COEs and HR business partners. The expected base pay range is $237,500 to $321,500 in Mountain View.
