Description
Intuit is hiring a manager to lead People & Places AI-driven workflow reimagination and transformation. The role owns identifying and prioritizing high-value HR workflows, defining AI-first future-state operating models, designing agentic workflow standards, partnering with HR Technology, T4I, Agentic Builder teams, centers of excellence, HR business partners, and vendors, and leading an integrated Process & Experience Design team. The position also establishes productivity and experience metrics and scales redesigned workflows across People & Places. It is based in Mountain View with a stated annual base salary range of $237,500 to $321,500.
