Description
The Human Capital Management role leads the implementation of policies and initiatives, oversees process reviews, partners with senior management, supports senior management outcomes, administers end-to-end community appointments, and represents the community in policy discussions. The position requires a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, at least 6 to 8 years of experience, strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, planning, and multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Only Singapore Citizens are considered because CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence.
