PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is hiring a Manager, Cell Lab to supervise staff and resources supporting pharmaceutical development studies in a Cell & Molecular Biology laboratory. The role manages project activities, study protocols, technical documents, laboratory resources, client and FDA audits, quality documentation, SOPs, method development and validation, troubleshooting, and mentoring. It requires a relevant scientific degree, at least five years of analytical laboratory experience, pharmaceutical or contract laboratory management experience, and strong quality and leadership capabilities.
