Endava is hiring a Manager People Partnering to lead part of its People Partner team while serving as a dedicated People Partner for an assigned business group. The role combines senior business partnering with leadership responsibility, advising executives on organisation, talent, workforce planning, succession, performance, engagement and leadership capability, and personally leading complex People initiatives including M&A integration, restructuring, employee relations, legal risk, and organisational change across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires significant experience in international HR business partnering, People Partner leadership, M&A and integration, workforce transformation, employment law, and complex employee matters, along with strong communication, judgement, emotional intelligence and English skills.
