Mission North is hiring a People Operations and HR Technology Leader to architect and operate the agency’s People technology ecosystem while partnering with business leaders on organizational design, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, and learning. The role combines HR technology administration, automation, analytics, vendor management, compliance, and strategic HR business partnership, with a 50% focus on People Technology and Operations, 35% on Strategic HR Business Partnership, and 15% on Learning and Manager Enablement. It reports to the Chief People Officer and offers a full-time salary range of $120,000–$155,000 plus profit sharing and benefits.
