Smartsheet is hiring a Manager, People Systems Engineering to lead the engineering team responsible for its employee lifecycle technology ecosystem, including Workday, Docebo, Greenhouse, integrations, data, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. The role owns the long-term technical strategy, architecture, modernization, reliability, security, and engineering practices for People systems, while partnering with Product, Engineering, and other enterprise teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of relevant technical experience, and 2+ years managing or leading technical teams. The role offers a US base salary of $112,000–$210,000, medical, vision, and dental coverage, and teleworking options from registered locations in the United States.
