Description
The Manager, Performance Improvement and Project Management Office (PI/PMO) provides strategic and operational leadership for UC Health’s enterprise project management and performance improvement functions. The role oversees the Project Management Office and Performance Improvement teams, establishes governance and methodologies, manages portfolios and resources, supports project execution and improvement initiatives, develops team capability, and aligns work with clinical and operational priorities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while a master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPHQ, or PI certification are preferred; at least one PMO or PI certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
