NVIDIA is hiring a Performance Research and Analysis Manager to lead end-to-end performance strategy, characterization, testing, optimization, observability, and root-cause analysis for next-generation AI GPU clusters. The role focuses on RDMA, networking protocols, collective communication, congestion control, load balancing, DPU and storage technologies, and telemetry dashboards across NICs, switches, GPUs, and NVLink. Candidates need a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of experience in high-performance networking and systems-level performance, and 3+ years leading technical performance or R&D teams.
