Sutter Health is hiring an inpatient nursing operations leader for the ABSMC-Ashby Campus. The role manages clinical and operational nursing leadership, patient-care delivery, regulatory compliance, staffing and resources, budgets, workflow improvement, and complex issue resolution. It requires an accredited nursing education, California RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certification, at least eight years of recent relevant experience, and five years in progressive nursing leadership; BSN, CNOR, and survey-protocol experience are preferred. The position is regular, exempt, full-time, 40 hours per week, with a varied shift and Monday-Friday schedule plus weekends as needed.
