Description
The Permitting Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of permitting activities for Olympic and Paralympic venues, temporary structures, overlay installations, and operational facilities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Permitting within Venue Infrastructure, the role manages permits and approvals across city, county, state, and federal jurisdictions; coordinates with Authorities Having Jurisdiction and government agencies; develops permitting schedules and workflows; tracks inspections, renewals, and close-out requirements; and prepares status reports and risk escalations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of permitting or regulatory compliance experience, strong knowledge of California permitting processes, and onsite availability in the Downtown Los Angeles office. The annual base salary range is $88,000.00 to $115,000.00.
