Description
The Manager, Philanthropy will build and manage a portfolio of approximately 75–100 individual, corporate, and foundation donors and prospects, primarily with gift potential of $10,000 to $100,000, and guide them through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, and upgrade. The role focuses on developing major-gift opportunities, maintaining donor records and forecasts in Raiser’s Edge, coordinating proposals and grant requests, and collaborating with hospital and foundation partners. It is a full-time permanent hybrid position in Toronto with an annual salary of $85,000–$97,000 plus benefits, pension, and vacation.
