Description
The Manager, Physical Security leads physical security operations across RAND locations, overseeing access control, intrusion detection, fire and life safety systems, video surveillance, visitor management, contract guard services, classified-space accreditation, audits, vendor contracts, budgets, staff development, and crisis planning. The role advises leadership on federal, state, and local security compliance, requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance, and is based in the RAND Washington, D.C. office with five days per week in the office, Monday through Friday, and at least 20% travel between RAND offices.
