Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Manager in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The role leads and supervises physical therapy clinic teams, manages staffing, purchasing, scheduling, quality improvement, and departmental budgets, while also practicing as a physical therapist. Candidates must hold a master’s or doctorate in physical therapy, a current state PT license, PT certification, and CPR certification, with at least five years of progressively responsible physical therapy experience and preferably two years of supervisory experience.
