Manager, Planning at Marki Microwave

Marki Microwave is hiring a Planning Manager to lead its Planning and Scheduling team in a complex, low-volume, high-mix RF and microwave electronics manufacturing environment. The role owns master scheduling, product lead times, ERP planning parameters, WIP recovery, capacity modeling, supply-constraint resolution, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality. It also leads planner and scheduler development, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational design. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent and at least 8 years of IC manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in production planning management.
