Description
SIG SAUER is hiring a Manager, Planning to lead and develop its Planning team, including Machine Planning and Production Control. The role manages MRP signals, production schedules, inventory and materials control, executive reporting, process improvement, employee training and performance management, and stakeholder coordination. It requires 5–7 years of manufacturing supply chain experience, 2 years of people-management experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and expertise in lean manufacturing, JIT, BOM/ECO/PLM, warehouse operations, and Oracle EBS/ASCP/Agile. The position is exempt, may require infrequent travel, and requires physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and comply with safety and security requirements.
