TG Group is recruiting a Manager - Planning to lead logistics and transport planning in its Dubai Airport Free Zone headquarters. The role oversees route planning and execution for a fleet of approximately 2,000 vehicles transporting about 40,000 staff daily, manages analysts and supervisors, owns fleet-related technologies including Power BI, GPS, telematics, CRM, and TMS systems, and supports financial optimization, reporting, stakeholder communications, business continuity, vendor SLAs, and a three-year logistics technology roadmap. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, or a similar field, at least five years of TMS experience, and experience with Excel, Office, Power BI, GPS systems, business intelligence tools, and Paragon.
