WPP Media is hiring a Planning Manager for Wavemaker to lead strategic communication planning, supervise team output, manage client requirements, delegate and mentor junior staff, support fee and contract negotiations, coordinate with media owners and internal teams, and contribute to new-business pitches. The role progresses from understanding client businesses and tools to leading planning responses, managing cross-media campaigns, coaching team members, and delivering client performance. The position uses a hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days per week and includes medical, vision, and dental insurance.
