Description
The Plant Accounting Manager leads plant-level accounting, month-end close, cost accounting, financial analysis, executive reporting, and operational decision support. The role oversees close governance and controls, analyzes manufacturing, maintenance, and support costs, partners with plant leadership and Operations, develops dashboards and financial models, and drives automation and process improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience including plant or manufacturing accounting, strong cost accounting and Excel skills, and the ability to lead teams and cross-functional initiatives.
