Description
Amtech is hiring a Manager, Platform Engineering (India) to lead the India Cloud and Platform SRE teams in its AWS platform engineering organization. The role combines people leadership—hiring, performance management, development, and team culture—with hands-on technical leadership across AWS infrastructure, Terraform and IaC, CI/CD, production reliability, incident response, security, compliance, FinOps, and AI-assisted engineering. The manager reports to the VP, partners with U.S. leadership and the Cloud Architect, and works primarily during India business hours with scheduled overlap for architecture reviews and leadership syncs.
