Description
The Engineering Project Management Office Manager supports the Senior Vice President of Engineering, Environment, Maintenance and Reliability by managing engineering databases, reporting, systems, and capital project processes. The role oversees PMO governance and reporting for large strategic projects, improves AFE and engineering standards processes, maintains SharePoint-based standards and master data, and coaches engineers on project management standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology, seven years of similar experience, cross-functional project leadership, capital project knowledge, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and Power BI dashboard and automation expertise.
