Description
Neptune Technology Group is hiring a Manager, PMO to lead a team of Project Managers and Program Managers while also managing an active delivery portfolio. The role owns delivery performance, project hygiene, team coaching, escalations, hiring, appraisals, and performance-management processes, and reports to the Director, PMO. Candidates need at least 15 years of program delivery experience, 10 years in management or leadership, a bachelor's degree in a technical field, and expertise in project and change management, budgeting, and team leadership. The position does not offer U.S. work authorization sponsorship.
