Intuitive is hiring a Manager, Program Management to lead the Program Management Office within Product Development/Product Changes. The role manages project managers and project coordinators, aligns project goals with business objectives, plans and balances resources, coordinates cross-functional product development programs, leads larger projects, tracks design history documents, and develops processes for product development and design controls. The position requires a BS degree or equivalent experience, at least four years leading teams in medical device product development, additional engineering or subordinate-management experience, and strong project, program, planning, negotiation, decision-making, and change-management skills. The role may require travel of up to 10% and may be subject to U.S. export controls.
