Eversource is hiring a Single Pole Administration Manager to oversee third-party attachment activities and double-pole processes across Massachusetts. The role supervises and develops a team, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages licensing, billing, equipment shifts, regulatory reporting, and program performance, and leads process standardization across three states. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10–12 years of related experience, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license; it is available at multiple locations in Massachusetts and offers a hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week.
