Netflix is hiring a Manager, Post Production to oversee the post-production slate of Indonesian television and film titles from development through final delivery. The role sets creative and technical direction, manages multiple projects and vendors, drives workflow and technology innovation, and builds talent and infrastructure capacity for Indonesia. Candidates need at least 8 years of post-production experience, experience managing Indonesian-language content, strong knowledge of editorial, color, mastering, and VFX workflows, and fluency in Indonesian and English.
