Description
Forge is hiring a Manager, Power Conversion Engineering to own the end-to-end delivery of the power conversion system for its Ember Mini subscale prototype and later the full-scale Ember nuclear power plant. The role leads mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers; defines requirements and architecture; performs first-principles analysis and system modeling; manages scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, vendors, testing, and production deployment; and recruits and develops engineering talent. The position is based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, requires relocation if not already local, is full-time and office-based, and pays $170,000–$220,000 per year plus equity and benefits.
