RSM is hiring a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front-End Engineering to lead enterprise solution delivery combining Microsoft Power Platform, modern front-end frameworks, Azure services, and AI-assisted development. The role includes architecture and code review, team management and mentoring, client technical advisory, solution discovery, governance, ALM, DevOps, and practice capability development. It requires 7+ years of application development or solution delivery experience, React expertise, JavaScript/TypeScript and REST API knowledge, team leadership, and strong communication skills; Angular, Next.js, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, CI/CD, and consulting experience are preferred.
