The role includes architecture, hands-on technical leadership, delivery oversight, team management and mentoring, client advisory, solution strategy, governance, ALM, DevOps, and practice capability growth. Candidates need 7+ years of application development or solution delivery experience, Power Platform expertise, strong React and JavaScript/TypeScript skills, integration experience with Azure and REST APIs, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
