Orenda is hiring a Manager, Pre-construction to own pre-construction execution for assigned projects from late-stage development through Notice to Proceed. The role leads bid packaging, scope definition, RFI and clarification controls, schedule and milestone tracking, cost forecasting, permitting coordination, procurement and vendor support, and the assembly of construction handoff packages. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in pre-construction, project controls, estimating, procurement support, or construction management on complex projects. The position is full-time and in-office in Brooklyn, New York, with periodic travel, and offers a base salary of $100,000–$200,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus and benefits.
