Prime Data Centers is hiring a Manager, Pre-Construction to lead pre-construction planning for tenant fit-out projects. The role covers master scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering, procurement planning, permitting strategy, and coordination with estimating, design, general contractors, and subcontractors. The manager will also develop and maintain schedules across multiple sites and mentor a team of pre-construction professionals. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least eight years of pre-construction experience, scheduling expertise, and people-management experience.
