Description
OPAL Fuels is hiring a Manager, Preconstruction to lead early-stage development of renewable natural gas and other capital projects from concept through Final Investment Decision. The role covers FEL/FEED development, permitting, interconnections, estimating, scheduling, risk management, vendor/RFP coordination, and cross-functional alignment with business development, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations. It requires at least 10 years of industrial capital project experience, an engineering degree, and familiarity with project controls tools and gas processing projects. The position is full-time, based anywhere in the continental United States for the first year with expected relocation to the Charlotte, North Carolina area, and includes travel and field/site work.
