BCG Platinion is seeking a Manager/Principal to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering technology-driven transformation programs for clients. The role partners with senior client stakeholders, shapes technology roadmaps and operating models, oversees project workstreams, coaches consultants, and drives adoption of agile, DevOps, cloud, AI/GenAI, microservices, and containerization practices. It also contributes to new technology offerings, business development, client relationships, and practice growth. Candidates need 7–15 years of IT consulting or technology delivery experience, proven leadership in complex transformations, expertise across multiple technology domains, strong stakeholder communication, business acumen, and a STEM or business degree.
