Galvanize Therapeutics is hiring a Process Development Engineering Manager to lead the R&D Process Development Engineering function and bridge product development with commercial manufacturing. The role owns manufacturing readiness, design transfer, process validation, documentation, engineering changes, quality-system support, regulatory compliance, and the development of a team of up to five engineers. Candidates need a scientific engineering degree, at least 10 years of relevant medical device engineering experience, and at least 3 years of engineering leadership experience. The position pays $185,000 to $210,000 per year and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
