Description
Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer to perform process engineering research, development, and evaluation for semiconductor capital equipment and systems. The role covers process technique reviews, pilot-plant and manufacturing process development, test-data analysis, customer demonstrations, technology adoption, tool qualifications, supplier coordination, and product-release support. It requires a Ph.D. or MA in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics, at least 8–10 years of semiconductor process-engineering experience, laboratory and analytical-technique experience, and knowledge of SPC or DOE. The position is based in Villach, Austria, with an on-site flex hybrid model.
